Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of My Wedding Day at myweddingday.net, run by ConvenientAI LLC, a Florida company (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

The service

My Wedding Day lets couples publish a wedding page and invitation, add friends or family as a wedding party, and give guests an AI assistant that answers questions about the wedding. My Wedding Day is in invite-only early access: features may change, and we may add, change or stop parts of the service.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep access to your email and Google account secure.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for who you share your private links with. Anyone with a wedding party member's link can answer questions as that person.
• Invite codes are for the people we gave them to.

Your content

Couples own the wedding details, text and designs they add, and wedding party members and guests own what they write. You give us permission to store, display and process that content, including sending it to our AI and other service providers, only as needed to run My Wedding Day for you. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it, including any information about other people, such as wedding party names.

Acceptable use

Please don't use My Wedding Day to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• post content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading;
• collect other people's personal information or send spam;
• try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or get unauthorized access to it or to other couples' weddings;
• try to make the assistant produce harmful content, or use it for anything unrelated to a wedding.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The AI assistant

The assistant answers from the details the couple entered, answers from the wedding party, and for some questions, public information on the web. It can make mistakes. Please check anything important, such as times, addresses, travel and accessibility, with the couple or the venue. We aren't responsible for decisions made based on the assistant's answers, or for information from third parties such as hotels, maps and websites.

Cost

My Wedding Day is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and nothing you already set up will start costing money without your agreement.

Ending your use

You can stop using My Wedding Day at any time and ask us to delete your account or wedding by emailing myweddingday@convenient-ai.com. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop the service, we will try to give couples reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

My Wedding Day is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ConvenientAI LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of My Wedding Day. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts in Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we will tell couples by email or in the app. Continuing to use My Wedding Day after a change means you accept it.
